The New PIB Draft Bill 2012 (for your perusal)

[THEWILL] – The reviewed Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) that is expected to transform the entire oil and gas sector and present a new legal framework to guide the industry when passed into law by the National Assembly is published here for education, enlightenment and debate.
