Niger Delta Youth Employment: NDDC organizes summit to chart way forward

Youth unemployment in the NDDC region will soon be a thing of the past as a stakeholders forum has been slated for Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on Thursday 21st June, 2012.

The one day summit on investment and business development for youths in the region is the brainchild of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and will be chaired by the Chairman, Board of the Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), while the special guest of honour will be Hon. Dr. Kingsley Kuku, Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs. The chairman NDDC Governing Board will be the Keynote speaker.

According to the Special Assistant Youth Matters to the MD/CEO of NDDC, Mr George Turnah (MON), the summit is themed: ”Expanding the Niger Delta Investment and Business Frontiers for National Transformation: AFTER OIL, WHAT NEXT?”
