Jamaica’s capital, Kingston (in the video) is notorious for some pre-Abubakar-type Nigeria police attitude on our roads. The removal of roadblocks and replacement with random patrols and impromptu stop and search approach seems to have directly contributed to a reduction in incidences as shown in the video above, especially on our highways.
