The Supreme Court, Friday sacks the Governor of Kebbi state, Usman Saidu Nasamu Dakingari from office. The Court ordered INEC to conduct a fresh guber elections.
Justice Onnoghen in the lead judgement overturned the earlier ruling of the Court of Appeal, which had upheld Dakingari’s election.
